they are serious when they say eat with at least a full cup of liquid (we use almond milk)… only tried the chocolate one so far and its definitely dry on it’s own. But it works great as a cereal and certainly delivers on it’s promise.

I've been taking a medication that has digestive issues as a side effect. I've tried eating more fruits and veggies but nothing helped as much as this cereal. The flavors are also pretty tasty considering the high amount of fiber in them. I also appreciate that there isn't a lot of sugar in them.

Works like a champ and is the only cereal you’ll need to start your day. It has you feeling full and you’re not as inclined to snack on bread or other high carb items. Instead i typically opt for something with protein like an egg.

They were very good the cereal the only thing it is expensive bring down the cost it’s just fiber
