Great high fibre gluten free cereal

I have IBS and an autoimmune condition, and I've been gluten free for years. I struggled to find a high-fibre, low sugar option that works with my diet. I was grateful to find Poop Like a Champion. I usually eat it with high protein yogurt and fruit. It keeps my system working and makes me feel good. The subscription service works great and thankfully, they deliver to Canada!

This Cereal Works

After many, many years of chronic constipation following both cancer treatment and GERD, I have found a miracle. Thanks to the team who developed this product and made it available to everyone who suffers from a problem we don’t like to discuss. I mix a box of the unflavored with a box of the chocolate, put it in a jar, and eat a bowl every morning. I’ve turned the cereal on to my 89 year old father, as well as my 30 year old neice who has IBS. I’m 60 and am thrilled to say I “go” like clockwork every single day. I even take a jar when I travel.
My only wish is that there will one day be a fruity flavor.

It works!!

I started out at 30g, then went to 20g, and now at 10g. I eat 2 organic prunes every day and with this cereal, you shouldn't have ANY problems doing #2!
